The Facility: MTG Fighting Fit Central (Marks Park)
Located within the secure, boomed-off Marks Park Sports Club in Emmarentia, our center is a premier, fully equipped facility dedicated specifically to Taekwon-Do and Cardio Kickboxing.
The Training Floor
Our center features a spacious 180 sqm professional practice floor. The area is fully fitted with specialized matted flooring, ensuring a safe and high-performance surface for everything from high-impact kickboxing to technical Taekwon-Do patterns and self defence training.
Elite Training Equipment
We provide our members with access to a comprehensive range of professional martial arts and fitness gear, including:
- Striking Gear: Heavy boxing bags, paddle pads, focus pads, and power pads.
- Conditioning Tools: Medicine balls, skipping ropes, light weights, and elasticated resistance ropes.
- Specialized Taekwon-Do Gear: Reusable breaking boards, bone conditioning equipment, a specialized breaking horse (holder), and a special techniques board holder for high-jump kicks.
- Member Gear: Bag gloves are available for use for innitial class, and a full range of Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing equipment is available for purchase on-site.

- Convenience: On-site toilets and change rooms. Shower facilities are available just meters away at the Squash Courts.
- Outdoor Space: We occasionally utilize the expansive grass fields within the Marks Park complex for specialized outdoor training sessions.
