- Monday’s & Wednesdays at:
17:30 (Mixed class).
18:30 (Ladies only class, with female instructor Faeeza).
- Saturday’s at:
7:00am (Ladies only class, with female instructor Faeeza).
If one signs up for the twice a week option it includes as a bonus the third ladies class and/or the open mat session/s.
Also included as an extra bonus are three Open Mat slots where you can use our facility to self train for 45 minutes on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 8:15am.

Derived from the vast competition coaching and fitness experience of Master Norman Magua, our 45-minute classes are designed for those who want the incredible toning and weight-loss benefits of martial arts without the physical contact of traditional sparring.
The "Genuine" Difference
This is a martial arts fitness class coached by real martial artists. Unlike generic "aerobics" classes found in commercial gym chains, we utilize authentic techniques and heavy bag work to ensure you are gaining real skills while you sweat.
What to Expect in a Typical 45-Min Session:
Our workouts are diverse and designed to cover every aspect of a healthy body, from cardio and core work to functional strength:
- Warm-up & Joint Mobility: Preparing the body with dynamic movements like star jumps and running.
- Technique & Bag Work: High-intensity rounds on heavy boxing bags, alternating with "shadow sparring" to refine your form.
- Strength & Toning: Calisthenics-based exercises including push-ups, crunches, and squats.
- Cool Down & Stretch: A dedicated flexibility session to aid recovery and prevent injury.
Perfect for All Fitness Levels
Don't worry about your current fitness level! Most of the class is run on a timer, meaning:
- Work at Your Own Pace: You do as many reps as your body can handle comfortably.
- Beginner-Friendly: It is not necessary to complete the entire class on your first day. We want you to enjoy the process and build your fitness one session at a time.
- Listen to Your Body: You are welcome to slow down, stop for water, or stretch at any time during the session.
Preparation Checklist
- Clothing: Comfortable gym wear or tracksuit pants and a T-shirt.
- Footwear: Training is done barefoot (no shoes required).
- Gear: You will need bag gloves. We have pairs you can borrow for your first few classes, and high-quality gloves are available for purchase at the center.
- To Bring: A sweat towel and a water bottle (we have a tap on-site if you forget!).
